Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I called in and spent over an hour with the rep. The expert he was connected to said it's an internet connection issue or an issue with my PC. Except that I can import forms that don't use the 109x import tool like Discover. I don't know how TT differentiates between when it uses the 109x import tool vs just directly logging indiscover tt.png 

 

Needless to say, it didn't work. Restarting my computer (again) nor clearing my chrome cache did not resolve the issue in TT. Next step they recommended is to talk to Microsoft and get Windows debugged, not really helpful.
