agree latest form 2210 is not working correctly at line 10..
I overrode line 10 manually to pick up the amount from form 2210AI, line23 only . Then, also had to fix line 10 because it only picks up estimated payments but IGNORES CARRYOVER AMOUNTS FROM 2020 EXCESS PAYMENTS FROM ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENT WORKSHEET. I had to override this line as well. AFTER BOTH overrides form appears to process changes correctly.
I hope turbo tax fixes this soon so I do not have to file with overrides....
