It is not solved, and the "work around" is no more than that. It does not provide us with a step by step walk us through our taxes, so we do not miss anything. I spent yesterday trying to get someone on the phone, and get an answer from their social media sites, and other efforts. Waste of time. No luck getting to support, or a person, or an employee, or any place to report a bug, or get a status on when it will be corrected, and we can do our taxes. So we all just sit, unable to complete our taxes - and no employee has stepped up to advise us on where TTx is. Waste of our money over many years with TTx. Maybe this is the last year for all of us. If TTx can get their act together, or at least keep us updated, why stay loyal to the brand. They should be offering us LIVE as a BU, and a substitute so we can get our taxes done.
