@EHarr3 , did you make a nondeductible contribution for 2021, receive a traditional IRA distribution in 2021, do a Roth conversion in 2021 or take a nonqualified distribution from a Roth IRA in 2021? If not, no Form 8606 for you should be present in your tax return. If you did perform one of these transactions, what type of transaction was it and did you enter it?
