TurboTax has offered me a price discount if I file by Feb 28. But there is a TT bug in computing foreign tax credit that is not scheduled to be fixed before March 3. See this thread:

Thus, I cannot file a correct return until after the Feb 28 deadline for the price discount.
Can this deadline be extended?
