We can ask someone to help you with the sale of a rental property. There are 2 important questions to ask first:
- What product version are you using--are you using Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download)?
- And which edition are you using--Deluxe, Premier, Self-Employed/Home and Business? If you are using Online TurboTax, you'd need to be in Premier or higher. All of the desktop editions can handle sale of a rental property.
