That's the problem! Again, not everyone is "presented" with this question in TurboTax! Hence the "bug"!
It seems that unless you use the "interview" feature, this question is not obvious until you get to the review, and discover it remains to be responded to. Again, not a bug, per se, but a definite programming oversight!
