I am having the same problem. In 2020, the first payment was due in July and it was for the total amount from the first and second periods. In 2021, the first payment was due in April so it should only be for the first period, but it appears the program is still pulling the amount due through the first and second periods.
Frustrating, after waiting weeks for the update.
