Apparently this is not a Federal form issue, but a state one (my interpretation). I was told after two levels of support, that the message I am getting is correct. However, my thinking is that this is not a federal form issue, but something with Maryland and how they are processing the data. So just keep doing updates and hope it clears up. There are a bunch of updates coming, but no dates were given me
