For context we have four kids, our decree said I claim the girls and she claims the boys. So I think I understand better, I think what happened is that I got the earned income credit for Charles but I did not claim him as a dependent. She is livid because she wants the earned income, but he lived with me the entire year. Here are documents to maybe help me figure this out?
