I received the email from TurboTax Customer Service on Friday, Feb. 18 at 11:36 ET stating "Your tax forms are ready". It directed me to run the "Updates" to get the new form. I ran the update for my software on Saturday, Feb 19 at 9:46 ET, but it says I am up to date. How long until the update will include the updated form.
