Form IT-225 is used for New York additions and/or subtractions that do not have a separate line on your return.

If none of these situations apply to you, then you can delete this form from your return.
To delete, please follow these steps:
- Open your tax return.
- Click on Tools.
- Click on Delete a Form.
- Scroll down to your state forms and look for the Form IT-225 and click Delete.
