That's not uncommon. Some states are fast and efficient in processing refunds while other states take a long time.
Also, if your Federal return had EITC or ACTC tax credits, then due to the PATH Act, the IRS could not release those refunds until after February 15, which means many folks with those credits will not see their Fed refund until late February or early March.
