I got zilch from Intuit/turbotax. Not even from the git go. No way to contact them and no notice other than a bs email saying they would help fix the problem. Only way I found out they had a problem was by posting my issue in the Community. We in the community ought to bill the creeps. Did not even say or admit it was a problem with their crappy overpriced software. When i tried e-file the first time and it was rejected all i got was a couple of texts saying my filing was rejected. When i went back in it had nothing about how to fix it. Only after i checked status if filing did it say they had a problem that would be corrected first Feb 3, then Feb 10 and finally the 18TH. However the very first time i filed and was rejected, they immediately charged my credit card for the “included” state filing. Incompetent crooks-that’s all.
