@mohakha3 You may file as a full year resident based off of the Substantial Presence Test. Here are the parameters.
To meet this test, you must be physically present in the United States (U.S.) on at least:
- 31 days during the 2021 year, and
- 183 days during the 3-year period that includes the current year and the 2 years immediately before that, counting:
- All the days you were present in the current year, and
- 1/3 of the days you were present in the first year before the current year, and
- 1/6 of the days you were present in the second year before the current year
It sounds like were here for at least 270 days in 2021 and since you were here for all of 2020 and 2019, you are eligible to file a US return as a full year resident provided if you were not declared as an exempt individual during this period of time.
