Same here in VA - I have been waited 3 weeks for this Form 8582.
Today got an email saying it was ready and have updated TT.
This Form IS in there for the FED. But under the State of VA it says DO NOT FILE, and still comes up as an error.
When you run Update, it says the Forms are all up to date - it is Feb 18m 4:52pm EST
PLEASE GET THIS FIXED!
I've used TT for years and never had this experience!
