I accidentally checked my husband can be claimed as a dependent, how will this affect his return? He claims his siblings he cares for every year..

I know being a dependent affects the impact payments (stimulus payments) and I am TERRIFIED I have just royally jacked up his return until I can amend my own. Someone help.
