I have some other professional told me that instagram should not issue me a 1099-misc because the payment is through 3rd party so i should file the 1099k issued by paypal first , and some other people told me that i should file both and then deduct one 1099 as expenses so its the correct amount at the end, i'm just wondering if they are also correct or not? appreciate
