When I attempt to e-file my returns, I get the message from your system (not IRS) We could not file your return due to the following reason "Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available."
I have tried at least 10 times on different days and at different times but the same message appears time after time. This does not make any sense since I input all required data and was directed to e=file. What is going on? I am tired of these messages, tired of email correspondence from you with no results. I have used your product for years and have always been satisfied but this is not acceptable. Why aren't my transmissions available? How can I correct this today. Are you having software issues? WHAT is happening?
