The CPA that I talked to escalated the issue to level 2 IT, and I'm still waiting on a response. I still can't file and this is getting beyond annoying.
My issue is:
Form 8582 Activity Description: This form is not ready to be filed due to a change in the federal form. It should be available soon.
But WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILAVBLE???????
I want a refund on my account for all this waiting!!
