I have refiled about 5 times now and the problem persists. I keep stating that I did not receive a 1095A (because I don't need one) and my selection is not being saved! Every time I go back to that page, it defaults back to "yes, I have a 1095A," which is why my refile keeps getting rejected.
HELP!
