I am having a similar problem of when I go to click on the update link the program essentially freezes and I get a blank page. I have tried this through the "walk me through everything" and the "I'll do it my self". Neither of the two methods of entering data for a W-2 are working for the software I have loaded. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Then after the second uninstall I tried to go and download the program, which I then discovered the license code will not allow since I had already used the CD. (not cool by the way TT). So I am at a loss in order to fix this bug. Thanks
