Get your taxes done using TurboTax

@sujeetd No, you won't need to delete the state.  There are a couple of things you can try.

When you get to the e-filing part of your return, you can "skip state" and file your federal alone.  You'll just need to go back to the program and e-file your NC return later.  Just know that you won't be able to do that until your federal return has been accepted.

Can I file my federal taxes now and skip my state for later?

The other option would be to select "File by Mail" for your state return now.  Go ahead and e-file your federal return.  Once the state thing has been fixed (2/24/22 hopefully), you can go back into your program and change the filing method of your state return to e-file.  Again, I believe that your federal return must have the Accepted status first.

You won't need to re-do your state return, but just change the time it's being filed.
