I used TaxAct. They did not make it easy. You have to follow the software in a very specific order. If I remember, the software put the Z in for you if you answered questions about a stock sale a certain way. I'm pretty knowledgeable of tax law, but it was hard for me to get it to work. You have to do things in a certain order. I got it right, but it was cumbersome.
