One of the things that I find most annoying is that while we are seeking solutions from TurboTax, all they can do is ask us with surveys and questions about How are we doing? and Tell us what we can do better? HOW ABOUT PROVIDING US WHAT WE PAID FOR? Please don't ask me how to do your job or how well you are doing your job. JUST DO IT!
And how about having to fill out a "what is your problem form" in order to get the SECRET customer service phone number!
And then the rep doesn't even read what your problem is and you start all over again. And the rep has no idea what this problem is.
I could go on and on....
