I finally made it work and I am using a Mac! I think the secret is to download any updates, then quit the Turbotax program and re-open it. If that doesn't work, go through your taxes again and make sure everything is entered correctly (don't rely on the review). Check your forms to make sure the form 2210 is not there. Again quit the application and re-load it. I was then able to re-submit. Frankly, I think this problem with the form 2210 waiver should never have occurred in the first place! And, Turbo tax's solution is of no help!
