I'm an old civil engineer, not a CPA or a lawyer. I would read the instructions to see if Form 2210 is filled out correctly and, if so, I would include it. If IRS doesn't like it, they will mail you a letter telling you what to correct and what you owe, if anything. It's happened to me several times and it's no big deal.
You have until April 15th to file but if you have a refund coming you will want to get in early.
