My friend and I applied for a tax recovery and we were accepted, money had to go into the same account but only they were sent and mine were not. What can i do?

I applied for a tax return with a friend a day away. The problem is that they entered the taxes on her BofA account, being both of us accepted, but not me, considering that I chose that the taxes also go to her account. What to do in this case?
