Thank you, kbernstein. Your method worked. My federal return was accepted. Problem is that I filed four state returns when I filed the federal return. One is free to file, the others are $19.95 per state. When I went to re-file the state returns, TT wanted another $59.97. I have tried to reach out to them and Intuit, but haven't found a way to talk with a person. Does anyone know how to reach technical support?
