Meant to pay homage to wu4home, who is the individual who first reported this (I think). Also meant to mention that once you go through the process, Form 2210 will magically disappear. As stated above, this worked for me because I DO NOT owe a penalty. Not sure what will happen to someone who, in fact, does owe a penalty. Good luck all.
