They fixed the MD problem with form 8582 for the PC CD version last Wednesday. I iFiled both returns last Thursday. Both federal and MD state returns were accepted. Per MD state website, my state return was processed and the refund approved. Waiting on feds to finish processing and approve that refund.
Just make sure you’ve installed the latest updates to TT software. (I may still switch to H&R Block software for my 2022 returns.)
