If one purchases a Turbotax download, and e-files his Fed return, can another person take that and e-files another? Is it legit for two different people to use one copy?

I hear people share the same copy to file their respective return. Namely, Person A purchases a download or CD, files Person A's return. Person B takes that copy, and files Person B's return. Not sure if it's legit. So I'd like to confirm.
