Dear Sir/Ms.,
I have an apartment overseas and have rented it out. We usually visit once in 2 years to review the property, make any modifications and connect with the tenants etc.
Can the cost of the tickets for me and my wife (both of us a joint owners) be expensed against the rental revenue?
