Get your taxes done using TurboTax
I will save you 3 frustrating wasted days of calling tech support. I came up with the answer on my own 2 years ago when I had to purchase a Windows 10 laptop. I did not want to risk loading Windows 10 to my Windows 7 laptop that had processing capabilities built for 2012 technology. So simple: change your display settings and the activation screen will appear so you can type in the code:
On your computer, go to your Start box > Settings > System > Display. Scroll down to Display resolution. My default (recommended) setting was at 1920 x 1080. Scroll down all the way to 800 x 600 (or at least the last setting available) and then go back to activation. Just make sure that you go back to the recommended original setting or your computer display will magnified and unusable. Hope this is the same problem I encountered.
