Get your taxes done using TurboTax
We're working to resolve this issue. While we do, here's how you can fix it:
- Sign in to TurboTax and select Intuit Account from the left menu.
- Select Sign in & Security and check that both your email and phone number are verified.
- If they're not, follow the steps to verify each.
- From the left menu again, select Personal Info and double-check that your name, date of birth, and address are filled in correctly.
- When you're done, resubmit your return.
