No stocks or cryptocurrency on my returns. No itemized deductions. Just the basic standard deductions. I had issues few days ago to file my NC state taxes and the applications says that D400 is not available to file my state taxes and yesterday I received an email saying that D400 is available now and I can file my taxes. I paid the tax filing fee, entered all the details that turbo tax was asking, and while filing it says
Your transmission didn't go through We could not e-file your return for the following reason
-Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available
My questions is why the application failed to deduct this issue before I pay the turbo tax fee?
