I was trying to file my NC state tax return and get the following message;
"The Intuit Electronic Filing Sysytem is having difficulty recognizing the data in the return you are sending. Make sure your TurboTax program is up-to-date. Go to the on-line menu and select Check for Updates. If you still can't transmit your return, go to www.support.turbotax.com for a solution or aworkaround. In some cases, you may need to file this return by mail. - Tax Year 2021transmissions are not available.- TurboTax is not ready to process Tax Year 2021 for this return."
I checked for updates and there were none. I have already e-filed my 2021 Federal tax returns but was unable at the time to file my state taxes because some NC forms were not available at that time. Any thoughts?
