Thank you for the response. I think you might be correct here. Either its a bug with Turbo tax application or it does not have all the forms to e-file the taxes. Having said that It should not have charged my credit card for filing federal and state. It should charge only when they were able to successfully let me file my taxes. Also the error message is very generic and it does not say what forms are missing (federal/state). In this case turbo tax should refund my money until they let me to file my taxes successfully.
