I had to paper file my 2020 return (TurboTax software said the form for a business loss carry over was not available for e-filing). For my 2021 return I am getting rejections due to AGI or PIN mismatch. These both auto-populated form my 2020 return. I logged into the IRS portal to verify my AGI in their system matches what is displayed on my return and it does. Multiple posts online indicate that paper filing invalidates the e-file PIN and I should use 00000 as my PIN; however, the TurboTax software will not allow this PIN. How can I submit for e-file or get a refund on the 20 I paid to e-file state if I am goin got have to paper file from now on?
