Unable to Transmit NC Return

Completed Federal Taxes, filed electronically, and have received refund. At time of filing get message NC forms are not ready yet. Signup to be notified when ready. Received email from TurboTax today (2/11/21) that forms are ready, update your software, which I did and verified my NC return.  Went through transmit process, paid my $20, then get error message " The Intuit Electronic Filing System is having difficulty recognizing the data in the return you are sending. Make sure your TurboTax program is up-to-date. Go to the Online menu and select Check for Updates. If you still can't transmit your return. go to www.support.turbotax.com for a solution or workaround. In some cases, you may need to file this return by mail. - Tax Year 2021 transmissions are not available. - TurboTax is not ready to process Tax Year 2021 for this return."  WTF!  As a long time, probably 20 year user of TurboTax I am extremely disappointed in the handling of this.  First suggestion - don't send out notification emails that everything is ready when you can't process it. Second suggestion - don't charge $20 to tell them you can't process it at this time.  Finally - what is the resolution to this, and when? Just a reminder, TurboTax sent out the notification.
