How to Contact Turbo Directly
Tried to e-file my state & federal forms and got a message they are being rejected for an error on the 1099. I was told I now have to print and mail both forms! Problem is, the forms are absolutely correct! I can find no way to contact Turbo to sort this out so they can be submitted.
Does anyone know how to talk to Turbo directly, either by email or phone?
