How do I get a copy of 16 return if I can't sign in to IRS? I have no cell phone that it requires

I need my 16 AGI an can't sign on to IRS, I have no cell phone now what do I do? I called their 3 # an not sure if any when thru I'm stuck an very upset. someone please help me? I'm 82 an this is hard for me. thanks
