I am on the amazon shopping panel . I submit 10 receipt and able to get a $10 gift card only to be used at amazon. Do I have to claim this on my taxes ?

Sometimes with amazon shopping panel you are able to do survey for sometimes .25 cents but the gift cards are never more then $11. If I have to claim this on my taxes how do I do this ?
