No. You don't need to report unemployment income if you didn't receive any in 2021. Form 1099-G was transferred from last year.
You can delete the form:
- In the left side bar, select Tax Tools, then Tools.
- In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
- Select Delete next to the form or schedule you'd like to delete.
