Apparently you received instructions from a representative who directed you to provide a token code for a diagnostic copy of your returned that has all personal information scrubbed. The agent who requested this does not monitor posts in this public forum platform, but not to worry; we are very happy to assist you. However, it will be necessary to receive just a bit of additional information to provide you top-level service. You mention that you are not being allowed to e-file. Could you provide a little more detail as to why the system says you cannot e-file? Unfortunately, we don't have access to your prior communications in this Community platform, so it is necessary to provide a little bit of repeated information, but by doing so, we should be able to know what to look for in the diagnostic copy you provide us.
