- Are you using the TurboTax CD/Download software? If so, please perform a manual update and then commence with e-filing.
- If you are still receiving this message, it could be due to your return containing forms that are not supported for e-file. Check here to look for state forms included in your return. Then, check the E-file column to see if shows "unsupported."
