Wouldn't that be great if it did? However, it never even ASKED me about this and (thank god) I got an error when trying to pay for the (rising) TurboTax fees! Then I do some more research and find that I needed this form!! OY
Go to FreeTaxUSA - they have the form ready and available to use with NO issues. I efiled federal and state for $16 and it was accepted by both same day! Never using TurboTax again!
