Skip TurboTax - I filed yesterday on FreeTaxUSA for sixteen dollars, including the 8915f form (TurboTax didnt even ASK me about this and I almost filed without it !!) I've been loyal to TT for years and after being given the runaround three times by support, I tried FreeTaxUSA and I'll never go back to TT!!
