@Infosex21yes I did experiment on this early on and it does go through because there is nothing to calculate. It's like submitting a blank form.
Good thing I chose the mail option to prevent it from being actually transmitted.
Unfortunately I can't report 0 as it will severely affect my return and make my return inaccurate.
This bug seems to affect all those calculating anything but 0.
For all those who can't wait for the fix, there is always the option to mail the return. The calculations looks accurate on the form, the bug is in the software.
I am still giving Turbo Tax a week to resolve the issue, if not I'll select the mail option and send it in.
