I mean the irs is on top of stuff this year trying to get people their money as fast as they can and them theirs this bank just holding it for no reason i have called irs to confirm my money was sent on that date before i even commented and they confirmed my money was already sent out on the 31st so that bank should have done taken their fees and sent it to me. I should have had it this morning for sure and still looked on that bank website and its still sitting there with no fees taken out nothing its ridiculous
